Trolley 3712 a Canonsburg Interurban car at South Hills Junction {lower yard Tunnel Car House} on Tuesday, August 15, 1950

Car 3712 was built by J. G. Brill in 1918 and was a single end, two-man, double-truck, semi-steel interurban car with Jones control 4 GE #247 motors and Standard Steel arch bar trucks. Around 1920 car 3712 was converted from Westinghouse Jones control to series-parallel HL control

In 1951 or 1952 car 3712 was replaced by a 1700 series PCC car in interurban service
